RUSK COUNTY — The human remains discovered in Rusk County in Northwest Wisconsin by a forester were confirmed to be human and identified as being that of a missing 36-year-old Ladysmith man. Yesterday police confirmed the remains belonged to Seth Miller, 36, of Ladysmith. Miller was reported missing in July 2025.    On May 8, a forester was marking trees and found the remains that police said were likely human. The bones were recovered in the Blue Hills in Rusk County.
