N. WISCONSIN - Wisconsin saw an unemployment rate drop in 65 of its 72 counties in the month of March.   That comes as the overall state unemployment rate rose to 3.5% in the month, below the national rate of 4.2%.  The state’s lowest unemployment rate was in Calumet County at 2.9%. Iron County holds the unfortunate title for the highest unemployment rate in the state at 7.8%.
