IRONWOOD - The City of Ironwood announced a new public facing tool for Riverside Cemetery.  The system is part of a GIS (Geographic Information System) platform available on the City’s website for anyone to search for burial records at the cemetery any time, from anywhere, for no cost!  This project represents significant progress in preserving and improving access to burial records dating from 1892 to current day.  The city says about 70% of the cemetery records are now on the platform.  To access the records go to the City’s website, ironwoodmi.gov click on “Riverside Cemetery” in the gray bar at the center of the homepage.
