N. WISCONSIN - Veterans from northern and central Wisconsin, including some from Iron and Vilas Counties will be going on next week’s Never Forgotten Honor Flight to Washington, D.C.. The flight is the 51st Honor Flight arranged since the organization started sending vets to D.C. in 2010, and will make 4,977 veterans served since then.. 1 Korean War Vet and 103 from the Vietnam era will be traveling this coming Monday. The vets will be accompanied by 66 host/guardians. The public is invited to welcome the group when they return to Central Wisconsin Airport in Mosinee at a round 10 pm.
