IRONWOOD - Spring Clean-Up Days are this Friday and Saturday in Ironwood.  There is no charge for this service.  Unwanted items can be dropped off and placed in the dumpsters behind the Ironwood Public Safety building at 123 West McLeod Ave., using the Alfred Wright Blvd entrance.  The city says this is an opportunity for Ironwood residents to dispose of any unwanted items.  Items can be dropped off Friday, May 2, 2025 - 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M and Saturday, May 3, 2025 - 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Brush, car batteries, tires, all paints, petroleum products, heavy metals (i.e. mercury) pesticides, appliances, e-waste (TV’s & Computers) ammunition and explosives will not be accepted. There is a limit of one pick-up load (or the equivalent) per property. Please bring a picture ID with you, as this will be checked for proof of ownership. Rental unit owners will be allowed one load per property. Each resident utilizing this service will be responsible for unloading their own materials from their vehicle to dumpster. NO CURBSIDE SERVICE will be available.
