MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin’s Democratic-backed state education chief Jill Underly has won reelection. Underly defeated her Republican-aligned opponent Brittany Kinser on Tuesday. Underly will guide policies affecting K-12 schools as superintendent during President Donald Trump’s second term.  Voters also approved enshrining Wisconsin's voter ID laws in the state constitution.
