MINOCQUA — Minocqua area fire departments responded to a report of a garage explosion Sunday.  According to a post on the Little Rice Fire Department, the explosion took place on Peninsula Point Rd off of West Amber Lake Rd on Sunday.  The post said, when firefighters arrived on scene a detached garage was engulfed and the blaze spread to the house.  No one was injured.
