MICHIGAN / U.P. - New bill in Michigan would require drivers over age 75 to take tests every 4 years to keep their drivers’ license.  The proposed would require drivers 75 and older to take a written knowledge test, a vision test and a road test every four years.  For drivers 85 and older, the tests would be required every year.  The bill comes after a 94-year-old driver hit and killed a woman in 2024.
