MICHIGAN / WISCONSIN - The price of a first-class stamp could increase again.  In a congressional hearing last week, Postmaster General David Steiner suggested raising the price of a first-class stamp to between 90 and 95 cents. The Postal Service lost around $9 billion last year.  Right now, a first-class stamp costs 78 cents.
