GOGEBIC COUNTY - This year’s Gogebic County Fair attendees will be identifiable by hand stamps if they choose not to ride the carnival rides or by wristbands if they do. The Friends of the Gogebic County Fair Board decided to adopt the dual labeling method at a meeting on March 11 because they think it will make it simpler for fair authorities to determine which attendees have paid the additional ride fee.  Everyone who attended in previous years attendees only had the option of the bracelets even if they didn’t ride the rides.
