CRYSTAL FALLS - An Iron County Michigan Man was sentenced to a minimum of 54 months in prison yesterday.  James Clement was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter and lying to a peace officer in the killing of Ralph Schuirmann.  At his sentencing Clement was sentenced to 54 months to 15 years with 52 days as time served for the manslaughter charge. Clement was also given a six-month concurrent sentence, with time served for lying to a peace officer. Iron County Trial Court Judge Donald Powell says many letters of reference from the Iron County community made him hesitant to give Clement a maximum sentence.
