DOUGLAS COUNTY - The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office says a missing Superior man has been found dead after apparently falling through the ice.  78-year-old Gregory Garmer was ice skating at Woodstock Bay Sunday in Superior when he did not return home as expected.  Garmer’s body was found yesterday afternoon.  Garmer was a well-known and respected retired pastor in the Duluth / Superior area.
