MERCER - The Mercer Park board has started a new program to install benches at Carow Park. Benches are available for adoption and can be dedicated. Adoption of the benches will be $1,000 each and there will be two spots for personalization. Messages will need to approved by the park board. The adoption and dedication program is part of the replacement plan for old benches in the park. The new benches will be made out of recycled materials. For more information, contact Deb Hohner at the Mercer Park Board.
