MADISON - A 26-year-old medical service technician is running for Wisconsin governor as a Republican. Andy Manske says he would like to use artificial intelligence to replace parts of government while simultaneously wanting to ban AI data centers from the state. Manske, who has never held public office, says affordability is his top priority. He will face U.S. Representative Tom Tiffany and Washington County Executive Josh Schoemann in the August Republican primary.
