MERCER - MECCA Trails in Mercer has announced that the upcoming Winterfest is scheduled for January 17th, 2026. Hundreds of winter enthusiasts will compete in races of 5, 15 and 30k, in both classic and skating disciplines, plus a new event, the 20K skiathlon. Theres a race tailored for everyone who enjoys the outdoors. If January 17th doesn’t fit your plans, athletes can still participate virtually. Select from the same events, race the course and record your fastest time. If you’re not interested in ski racing, MECCA also has some of the most beautiful snowshoe trails for all to enjoy.
