ASHLAND – An Ashland woman is once again in trouble with the law. A bench warrant has been issued for 26-year-old Destiny Houle, of Ashland on charges of escaping criminal arrest and a charge of resisting arrest. She missed a court appearance regarding that arrest. While in jail, she appeared to have a seizure and when being treated she tried to escape the hospital. She had to be wrestled to the ground while being detained. In December of 2023, she failed to appear in court on a drug related charge. She faces a sentence of almost 7 years in prison if convicted of the current charges against her.
