N. WISCONSIN / U.P. - President Donald Trump has signed a government funding bill to end a record 43-day shutdown.  The signing ceremony came just hours after the House passed the measure on a mostly party-line vote.  The shutdown caused the closure of headstart programs in Gogebic and Ontonagon Counties.  No word on when Heart start programs will reopen as of yet.
