IRON COUNTY – The Iron County Sheriff’s Office is warning of another telephone scam.  Apparently, the caller can spoof the Sheriff's Office 561-3800 phone number meaning the sheriff’s office number is showing up on caller ID.  The scammer then represents themselves as law enforcement and tries to get your information. The Iron County Sheriff's Office is not making these calls and would never ask for your personal information.  If you get such a call simply hang up.
