ASHLAND - Wisconsin’s governor visited Ashland yesterday highlighting more than $3 million heading to the city’s 135-year-old library.  The grants are awarded through the Wisconsin Department of Administration’s Flexible Facilities Program (FFP), and will help pay for library expansions and updates, which Governor Evers’ office hopes will help bridge health, income, and high-speed internet access gaps in Ashland.  City leaders plan to renovate the existing library space, with a meeting room, a classroom, and a computer lab with nine desktop computers.
