GOGEBIC COUNTY, Mich. - One person is in jail, and two others are scheduled for sentencing for charges related to a May Gogebic County drug trafficking investigation.  Court records show Layla Filipek, of Two Rivers, Wis., was sentenced last week in Gogebic County Circuit Court for one count of delivery of meth. He is scheduled for sentencing on Nov. 6.  Sawyer was charged with one felony count of assaulting a police officer and one misdemeanor count of assault and battery. Court records show he is expected to appear in Gogebic County Circuit Court for an unspecified hearing on Nov. 20, followed by a pretrial hearing on Dec. 9.
