N. WISCONSIN / UP – There is an elevated fire potential today for western Upper Michigan and Northern Wisconsin.  strong southerly winds gusting up to 30 to around 40 mph and minimum relative humidity values of 20 to 30 percent could lead to rapid spread of fires.  Burn restrictions are in effect today.
