IRONWOOD - October is Domestic Violence Awareness month and DOVE advocates have been busy "painting" communities on the Gogebic Range with purple ribbons and service information.  You can find purple ribbons and information on DOVE and services available for victims at the Gogebic County Courthouse, Gogebic and Iron County Sheriff Departments, the Iron County, WI Courthouse, and in City of Wakefield Michigan along Sunday Lake, in front of the Historic Ironwood Theatre, and at the Hurley City Offices.
