ASHLAND- The city of Ashland will be opening the East End Skating Rink Friday. The city will host a ribbon cutting and grand opening this Friday Starting at 4p.m., residents can visit the newly constructed warming house. Guests will also get the chance to skate on the rink, enjoy hot cocoa and make s’mores around the campfires.
