MILWAUKEE  (AP) — President Joe Biden has made a rare jump into the 2024 battleground political fray since ending his reelection bid. He campaigned yesterday in Milwaukee, where he spotlighted his administration’s efforts to replace the nation’s toxic lead pipes, incumbent Democratic Sen. Tammy Baldwin was conspicuously absent.

ONTONAGON COUNTY – Last chance for camping for the season at the Ontonagon township park.  This weekend is the last weekend of camping for the season. The gates to the park will close on Monday the 14th.

BESSEMER - Work is beginning this week on Cinnabar Street in Bessemer for Phase III of the city's water project. There will be intermittent traffic delays/street closures throughout the week. The project is slated to last through all this week and into next week.
