LINCOLN COUNTY — An 11-year-old girl is dead after she fell off the back of a boat and drown in Lake Alexander in Lincoln County yesterday afternoon.  The victim was located by sonar and the body was recovered just after 7:00 last night.  The girl was pronounced dead at the scene.
