WISCONSIN - After more than four and a half million number and letter combos Wisconsin license plates will now start with a new letter.  DMV leaders announced the new series of plates will debut soon all starting with the letter “B.”  Before now, newly issued plates would start with the letter “A”.  Officials say it took nearly eight years to issue all four million combinations.  Another fun fact, the letters “I” “O” and “Q” are not used due to looking like numbers.
