SUGAR CAMP - The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says one person is dead as a result of a single vehicle accident Friday.  The sheriff’s office says the vehicle went off the road and struck a tree around 10 a.m. Friday morning near the intersection of Highway 17 and Sunset Road in Sugar Camp.  The driver of the car had minor injuries, and the passenger of the car was pronounced dead shortly after being transported to the Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital.  Icy roads contributed to the cause of the crash.
